View the attached memo outlining the upcoming application deadlines to host a national calendar or UCI event in 2025 and 2026. March 15th, 2024 will be the next deadline for all events in the Road, Mountain Bike, BMX (including Freestyle), Cycling for All & Track disciplines requesting to be included on the 2025 National Calendar. This includes all UCI-level and National-calendar requests, as well as select Canadian Championships.
All relevant bidding documents for organizers have been updated and published on the Cycling Canada website. Organizers must read the technical and financial obligations before submitting an application to Jacob Graper.
Important Notes for This Bid Application Window:
- 2024 events that remain open for application (applications due March 15 at latest):
- 2024 (& 2025) Canadian Enduro MTB Championships
- 2025 Mountain Bike Events
- Canadian XCO & XCC Championships for 2025/26 will be open for bid with application deadline set for March 15th.
- 2025 BMX Racing
- Canadian BMX Racing Championships for 2025/26 will be open for bid with application deadline set for March 15th.
