In support of Ontario Cycling (OC) Youth Events & Programming we are running a 50/50 draw as part of our Track Provincials. Proceeds from the 50-50 Draw will go directly to the Ontario Cycling Tony Osborne Youth Development Fund which provides grants to clubs and event organizers who run youth events or dedicated youth programming.

Official Rules of Play:
1. Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to play.
2. Must be in Ontario at the time of purchasing tickets.
3. Winner gets 50% of the prize pot.
4. Tickets may be purchased online starting Monday, February 19th at 8:00am until Sunday, March 3rd at 11:59pm. The draw will take place on Monday, March 4th at 12:00pm.

7. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
8. After buying, patrons will be given by the sellers, a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as number are generated randomly.
9. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
10. Cycling Canada and Ontario Cycling staff, as well as family members living in the same household are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
11. One cash prize will be awarded for the draw, the winning ticket will be posted on the Cycling Canada and Ontario Cycling website.
12. If information about the winner is collected at the point of sale, the winner will be contacted directly.
13. The winning ticket holder has six (6) months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
14. The winner must provide their name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet and send to [email protected].
15. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize, which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that game. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
16. If no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for six (6) months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a local charity with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
