The Ontario Cycling (OC) Annual Meeting takes place once a year. The purpose of an Annual Meeting is corporate and part of our requirements as a not-for-profit. The Annual Meeting is not a townhall and has a prescribed agenda which must be followed as per our requirements as a registered not for profit under the Ontario Not for Profit Act. During the Annual Meeting, Members elect new board members as presented by the Nominations Committee and if put forward, be asked to vote on proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the organization. All relevant information and documents are posted and available 30 days prior to the Annual Meeting for review and questions are invited in advance.
