Ontario Cycling will be hosting a Rising Stars Track Series of 3 clinics. The clinics will be held at the Mattamy National Training Center in Milton, ON. These clinics are designed to develop a specific skill/focus, enhance athletes performance skills and abilities, and expose them to world-class coaching and staff.
Track Clinic Series details:
Saturday November 18, 1-4pm – Madison Clinic
- Application deadline is Sunday Nov 5th, 2023. Selected athletes will be notified Friday Nov 10, 2023.
Saturday December 16 – Track Sprint/Team Sprint Clinic
- Registration not open yet
Saturday January 20 – Team Pursuit Clinic
- Registration not open yet
Athlete Selection Criteria:
- Between the ages of 15-18 in 2023
- Actively engaged in track programming
- Intent to register and race at YTDS #1 on Dec 9
- Previous race experience in 2023
- Madison clinic – athletes will be selected based on their skill and competency in Madison. Therefore, must have experience training and/or racing the Madison.
