Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting (AM) will be taking place via Zoom on June 30th 2022 at 7:00pm. In past years the AM has been held in the month of November but in order to be compliant with the Ontario Not for Profit Act, the AM should be held within six (6) months after our fiscal year end, which is December 31st.

2022 Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting Absentee Voting Form
This voting platform is for those voting members who hold a 2022 valid/processed OC issued UCI license or a 2022 valid/processed General Membership who will NOT be attending the 2022 Annual Meeting June 30th, 2022. The deadline for completing an absentee voting slip is June 21st @ 7pm ET.
Please note: Regarding the election for the Board of Directors, there are three nominees and three available positions, so the motion is to acclaim the new directors to the board. Please review the Nomination Committee Report and Candidate profiles for more information on the process. Please click register to complete absentee voting form.

2022 Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting Proxy Form
As part of the 2022 Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting, members holding a valid and issued 2022 UCI License or General Membership who will NOT be attending the Annual Meeting on June 30th @ 7pm may assign a Proxy Holder to vote on any items that come up at the meeting and any adjournments thereof.
Your assigned proxy must have a valid 2022 UCI License or 2022 General Membership otherwise, your proxy submission will be voided. As well, if your proxy holder does not attend the Annual Meeting, the assigned proxy will be voided and destroyed.

2022 Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting Non Voting Member Registration to Attend
This registration platform is for 2022 Ontario Cycling Affiliated Clubs who may invoke their right for 1 club vote. By having 5 individual members who hold either a 2022 UCI license or 2022 General membership your club will be allowed one vote at the 2022 Ontario Cycling Association Annual Meeting.
Please note the Club Delegate voting on behalf of club must be in attendance at the Annual Meeting otherwise vote will be voided.
This registration platform is for 2022 Ontario Cycling Members who hold either a 2022 Associate Club Membership or Provincial Race License, both of which are non-voting membership designations. However, you may attend the Annual Meeting as an observer.
