The attached memo outlines the upcoming application deadlines to host a national calendar or UCI event in 2024 and 2025. March 15th, 2023 will be the next deadline for all events in the Road, Mountain Bike, BMX (including Freestyle), Cycling for All & Track disciplines requesting the be included on the 2024 National Calendar. This includes all UCI-level and National-calendar requests, as well as select Canadian Championships.
All relevant bidding documents for organizers have been updated and published on the Cycling Canada website. Organizers must read the technical and financial obligations before submitting an application to Jacob Graper

2023 (& 2024) Canadian Enduro MTB Championships - 2023 Canadian Championships Carbon Footprint Data Collection
You will notice that the majority of 2023 Canadian Championship registrations will include several brief questions, mandatory for all registrants, to better understand how they travel to Canadian Championship events. We will collect this data from all Canadian Championships at the end of the season to better understand the carbon footprint generated by travel to-and-from our Championship events. Following this analysis, we will strategize on methods to best offset the carbon footprint for this property and share our findings with our provincial/territorial partners - 2024 Canadian Road Championships
As of our October 1st Expression of Interest deadline, we have received no specific interest in hosting the Elite/Jr/Para Canadian Road Championships for the 2024/25 bidding cycle. With the newly cancelled Classique des Appalaches event, the same also holds true for the Masters Canadian Road Championships. These two events will remain priority bids for us to solicit in the coming weeks/months. - Cycling for All
Canadian Gravel Championships for 2024/25 will be open for bid with application deadline set for March 15th. Those looking to host a UCI Gravel or Gran Fondo World Series event will also need to abide by this deadline.
