2026 Ontario Cycling Club & Team Affiliation Is Now Open
Ontario Cycling is pleased to announce that our 2026 Club & Team Affiliation package is officially live! As we look ahead to another year of growing participation, strengthening community, and enhancing the cycling experience across Ontario, we invite clubs and teams to join us in building a strong and connected provincial cycling network.
Becoming an OC-affiliated club or team means more than meeting requirements, it means joining a supportive system designed to help organizations thrive. Through affiliation, you gain access to a comprehensive suite of resources that support safe, sustainable, and inclusive club operations. From industry-leading insurance coverage to an all new Club Operations Manual which includes governance templates, ride leader education, youth programming supports, and Safe Sport frameworks, OC affiliation ensures your volunteers, coaches, and riders have the tools they need to succeed.
Affiliated clubs and teams also benefit from increased visibility through our club directory, social media promotion, recognition on membership cards and event results, and opportunities to collaborate across our provincial network. With new initiatives like the OC Club Director Basecamp launching in early 2026, clubs will have even more opportunities to share knowledge, exchange ideas with other clubs & teams, and strengthen their leadership capacity through shared resources and strong support network. In addition, affiliated clubs & teams have exclusive access to the Cycling Canada 1882 Collective Fundraising platform, providing ease of use for fundraising to support club & team projects.
For members, joining an OC-affiliated club means belonging to a vibrant and growing community. Clubs using Uplifter (formerly CCN Bikes) can also integrate registration with OC membership for a streamlined, one-step process.
