The Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. ET via Zoom. The Annual Meeting Information Package can be found below.
Voting members must pre-register for the meeting via CCN and the Zoom registration link will be sent once registration closes.

Voting Member to attend and vote day of
This voting platform is for those voting members who hold a 2024 valid/processed Ontario Cycling issued UCI license or a 2024 valid/processed Compete Membership who will be attending the 2024 Annual Meeting June 13th, 2024 and voting day of. The deadline for completing an absentee voting slip is June 10th @ 5pm ET.
Club Delegate Registration
This registration platform is for 2024 Ontario Cycling Affiliated Clubs who may invoke their right for 1 club vote. By having 5 individual members who hold either a 2024 UCI license, 2024 Challenge, Compete or Community Membership will be allowed one vote at the 2024 Ontario Cycling Association Annual Meeting. The deadline for completing an absentee voting slip is June 10th @ 5pm ET.
Please note the Club Delegate voting on behalf of club must either be in attendance or are allowed to vote with an absentee ballad. If the Delegate is attending they will need to using to separate voting platforms day of.
Absentee Voting Form
This voting platform is for those voting members who hold a 2024 valid/processed Ontario Cycling issued UCI license or a 2024 valid/processed Compete Membership who will NOT be attending the 2024 Annual Meeting June 13th, 2024. Non-Voting-Member Registration
This registration platform is for 2024 Ontario Cycling Members who hold a 2024 Community or Challenge Membership which has a non-voting membership designation. However, you may attend the Annual Meeting as an observer. The deadline for completing an absentee voting slip is June 10th @ 5pm ET.
