In June 2025, 12 passionate and cause-driven cyclists will ride 7,000 km over 32 days from Vancouver, British Columbia to St. John’s, Newfoundland, fundraising and uniting Canadians in celebration of Terry’s historic Marathon of Hope.
Deriving inspiration and strength from Terry’s example, our National Riders will push themselves to the limit, both physically and mentally, to complete this epic cross-Canada journey.
It feels good to give. In 1980 Terry ran across the country for one reason only: to raise funds for cancer research to end the suffering caused by cancer.
The National Ride goal is to raise $1 million and pay tribute to the 45th anniversary of Terry’s incredible accomplishment – the Marathon of Hope and its enduring legacy.
