Cycling Practice Planning provides an opportunity for a virtual workshop of structuring safe and effective cycling- practices, identifying risk factors that may be encountered when delivering lesson plans developing emergency action plans. This workshop focuses on having participants design a practice that is a to MTB, BMX, Road, Recreational Riding or Youth Programming. Lastly, this workshop reflects on the Long-Term Athlete Development stages and how to consider this model when designing a practice. The Cycling Practice Planning course is an excellent workshop for coaches intending to work within the Community Initiation Stream of Cycling.
