About Nicole:

Nicole Springle, MAN, RD, ISAK L2, HPC (She/Her)

High Performance Certified Registered Dietitian

Nicole has spent the past 15 years working inside Canada’s high-performance sport system, supporting elite athletes on their journey to the podium. She was the first full-time sport dietitian at the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario, where she led the development of their Sport Nutrition Department, and later served as the National Lead of Sport Nutrition for Own the Podium overseeing all high-performance sport dietitians across Canada.

Her resume includes hands-on work with some of Canada’s top athletes and teams. Most recently, she was the lead nutritionist for the Canadian National Beach Volleyball Team (Silver medal, Paris 2024 Olympics) and the Canadian National Track Cycling Team (Gold medal, Tokyo 2020 Olympics). Nicole knows exactly what it takes to perform—and win—on the world stage. Nicole specializes in fueling strength and power athletes, with extensive experience supporting both provincial and national teams across a range of sports which have also included swimming, rowing, wheelchair basketball, golf, figure skating, and Nordic skiing. Her sport-specific strategies are designed to help athletes train harder, recover faster, and compete at their peak. Her approach is rooted in science, shaped by elite sport experience, and tailored to individual needs and goals.
