The Earl Of March High School Invitational MTB Race p/b Trek/Bushtukah is a single event for 2024. It features a unique 4.45km lap course on safe and well-marked trails at the beautiful Wesley Clover Park (401 Corkstown Rd.) in the west end of the city of Ottawa. The Ottawa Mountain Bike Association (OMBA) is responsible for trail creation and maintenance according to the highest standards set by the International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA).
The intent of this event is to encourage Ottawa-based high-school age students to participate in the sport of mountain biking. Despite the timed results for the event, Bakkers Trailblazers is primarily seeking to enhance rider skill and fitness development.
