An Ontario Provincial license or UCI Race License are required in order to race the series.  Individuals can purchase up to 3 single day permits for non series registration. 
 
Quebec riders without a 2023 UCI race license can purchase an Ontario Provincial Race License during registration to participate in the series. Riders from other provinces (and outside Canada) must have a UCI Race License issued from their Provincial/Territorial Cycling Association or National Cycling Federation to be eligible to participate.

Cyclocross categories differ from regular road and mountain bike UCI categories since the international season crosses into the next year. That is, it runs from September 2023 until January 2024.

So the selected date for age categories is in the year in which the international season ends, making it December 31, 2024 this season.
