2022 Road OCup Series Points

Congratulations to our 2022 Road OCup Series Winners! This year, there were a total of 6 OCups – beginning at Mosport in Oshawa in April to Tour di Via Italia in Windsor in August! Thank you to everyone who came out to race at the OCup Series throughout the road season.  

Special mentions: 

  • Ascent Cycling had a podium sweep in the Men’s Elite ½ category with Matthew Sherar, Zola Mehlomakulu, and Jeremy Rae representing the blue and red. 
  • Participating in all 6 OCups, Bryan Jaklitsch (Master 2 Men) and Steve McKee (Wheels of Bloor) solidified wins in their respective categories.  
  • The highest number of points collected for 2022 is Bryan Jaklitsch with a whopping 112 points. Close behind is Amy White (Master B Women), also our Race Organizer for the Provincial Time Trial Event, with 97 points!
