Are you ready to see Ontario’s best BMX riders in action? Team Ontario is gearing up for the Carolina Nationals, and they’re doing it in style. The Ontario BMX Performance Program athletes have made the journey to Rock Hill, SC, for a team training camp, led by Provincial BMX Development coach Britney Hovencamp.

But this isn’t just any old training camp. Team Ontario has some incredible opportunities lined up that will take their performance to the next level. They’ll be integrating a training session with the National program led by Coach Adam Muys, giving them exposure to some of the top coaches and athletes in the country.

In addition to that, the camp also features on-site support from Strength & Conditioning coach and nutritionist Kevin Iwasa-Madge. With his expertise, the riders will be able to optimize their nutrition and training regimen to achieve peak performance at the Carolina Nationals.

This is an exciting time for BMX in Ontario, and you won’t want to miss it. The athletes are dedicated and focused, and the training camp will provide them with the tools they need to succeed. So mark your calendars for the Carolina Nationals and get ready to cheer on Team Ontario as they take on the competition. It’s going to be a ride to remember!
