Ontario Cycling will be hosting a Rising Stars Track Series of 3 clinics. The clinics will be held at the Mattamy National Training Center in Milton, ON. These clinics are designed to develop a specific skill/focus, enhance athletes performance skills and abilities, and expose them to world-class coaching and staff.
Athletes that attended Clinic #1 will be automatically registered for Clinic #2 and #3 as the clinic series and will simply require confirmation of attendance.
Clinic #2 details:
Saturday December 16 from 1:00 to 4:00PM – Track Sprint/Team Sprint Clinic
This camp will begin with video review and education of rushing the gap
Camp skills and drills will include: Flying 200m, Rushing the gap, and Team Sprint
Clinic cost: $50+hst
