For its 40th edition, Défi sportif AlterGo will be hosting Gary Longhi para-cycling Challenge sanctioned by UCI (Union cycliste internationale). This competition allows participants to accumulate points for their world ranking. This event is composed of time trials and road races for men and women with bikes, tandems, hand bikes and tricycles.

Défi sportif AlterGo is organising the para-cycling competitions in collaboration with the Fédération québécoise des sports cyclistes, Cycling Canada and the Union Cycliste Internationale.
