Here’s what you need to know to have the best outdoor riding season, from pre-ride stretches, to what to pack on every ride, to how to make sure your bike fit is dialed in, to how to choose a route that makes sense for you.

Thursday 4/22 7-8PM What you need to know about RED-S

Ontario-based researcher and former pro triathlete Alexandra Coates joins Molly Hurford to talk all about signs and symptoms of RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport), a tricky topic that plagues all cyclists, but women in particular. RED-S is the primary topic, though overtraining and overreaching in cycling will also be touched on—this is one topic that any cyclist with big goals should tune in for! There will be plenty of time for questions as well.
