NCCP – Competition Development – Performance Cycling Workshop

Cycling Canada (CC) is seeking interest from coaches to participate in a NCCP Competition Development workshop, scheduled to take place online in English and French. The course will be presented in English and feature the following Competition Development modules: Analyzing Performance, Performance Planning, Managing a Program and Planning a project. Candidates must receive the recommendation of their Provincial or Territorial Association (P/TSO’s). NCCP – Introduction to Competition – Training to Race

Training to Race Online (English) This intensive course can be delivered in an in-person classroom setting or online virtually and is comprised of over 12 hours of learning. Topics include creating yearly training plans, mental health and discussions surrounding the coaches role within the competition setting. During this course, participants will be given the opportunity and resources to complete their Coaching Portfolio.
