SUMMARY:Mountain Bike - Provincial Championships - Kelso Conversation Area
DESCRIPTION:The 2023 Provincial Championships will return to Kelso Conservation Area to cap off the end of a great summer of racing. Located in the GTA\, the Kelso Conservation Area provides an ideal framework for mountain bike events. Its unique terrain and spectacular scenery can challenge and inspire riders of all skill levels. The park’s trails offer a variety of terrains\, including rocky and technical singletrack\, fast and flowy descents\, and steep and punchy climbs. The area’s diverse landscape also features some of the most stunning vistas in the region\, including views of the Escarpment and the shimmering Kelso Lake. \nCome participate in what will surely be a memorable weekend of racing at Kelso once again. Located in the GTA within a 40min drive from downtown Toronto and the majority of cyclists within the province\, we hope to see one of the biggest fields of the season come out to celebrate the conclusion of the MTB season and the many provincial champions that will be crowned. Kelso has an extensive network of trails that is open to the public season-long and a wide range of trails for every ability level. Characterized by its steep climb up the escarpment/ski slopes during the winter and its dusty conditions\, it was a war of attrition when provincial championships were last held at Kelso in 2018. SUMMARY:Road - Tour di Via Italia - Windsor
DESCRIPTION:2023 will be the 65th anniversary of this classic event. It is one of the oldest continuously held bike races on the continent. This annual urban criterium features amateur and professional cyclists racing through the streets of Windsor’s own “Little Italy.” The late afternoon Pro Race is always the highlight of the day. Join the fun\, excitement of great crowds and an atmosphere where bike racing has been a part of the cultural fabric for six decades. There are many great patios located right along the start/finish serving your favourite beverages and great food.  \nYou won’t find many races with a bigger payday. We also feature all cash primes for every race to keep the action furious on the 1.8 km flat and fast course. SUMMARY:HopOn - Level 2-3 - Town of Pelham
DESCRIPTION:The Town of Pelham Bike Camp partners with Ontario Cycling to deliver the HopOn program to their community. Campers with spend their morning learning basic bike safety and cycling skills. Youth cyclists are taught to ride safely using the road system to the Pelham Community Pool and the Steve Bauer Trail. Participants are required to provide their own approved bicycle helmet\, bell or horn\, lights and reflectors and appropriately sized working bike. \nAges 13 – 17\nLevel 2-3\nLead Instructor: Britney Hovencamp\nCamp Weekly Fee: $210.00 \n\n\n\nREGISTRATION

DESCRIPTION:About GLE Movement: G.L.E. is a community-based organization focusing on supporting youth and teens in the Malton community. Malton is an underserved community with many of its community members identifying as Black or People of Colour. Many of our youth are raised by single parents and newcomers and as an ogranization our goal is to provide opportunities for our youth to foster growth. leadership and excellence. \nIt is our pleasure and honour to serve the Malton community. We hope to continue supporting youth by providing bicycles\, repair shops for the community\, cycling tools and workshops to develop knowledge and independence of our cyclists and free progamming to teach cycling skills and to train future facilitators for youth programs. \nProgram Overview: This exciting learn to ride opportunity will showcase the HopOn programming to your community over 3 exciting fun-filled 2 hour sessions. This program is entitled for youth between the ages of 7 – 11 years old and is free of charge for all participants. \nWHAT: A Level 2 HopOn program for all types of riders provided that they are comfortable. Riders should be able to turn quickley\, look behind while riding straight and roll off a sidewalk curb. Please check our Levels page to ensure that this program is suitable for your child.
