Most recently\, she was the lead nutritionist for the Canadian National Beach Volleyball Team (Silver medal\, Paris 2024 Olympics) and the Canadian National Track Cycling Team (Gold medal\, Tokyo 2020 Olympics). Nicole knows exactly what it takes to perform—and win—on the world stage.
