DESCRIPTION:Join us for a triple header weekend in the Kingston Area from July 4th to 6th! This weekend will offer a plethora of racing opportunities for every kind of racer. \n  \nRiders can register for individual events or for the whole stage race. Only those who enter all 4 events are eligible for placing on the General Classification. \n*After registration closes at 11:59pm on the Wednesday before the event\, there will be no category changes allowed. \n  \nSchedule \nStage 1: Cintas Fort Henry Hill Climb: July 4\, 2025\, 6-8 PM \nStage 2: Joyceville Time Trial: July 5\, 2025\, 9-11 AM \nStage 3: CFB Kingston Criterium: July 5\, 2025\, 1-6 PM \nStage 4: Lansdowne Road Race: July 6\, 2025\, 7 AM-5 PM \n  \nFriday July 4th – Kingston Stage Race Fort Henry Hill Climb \nTaking place at the iconic Fort Henry in Kingston Ontario\, riders will race up a 1.2km straight\, finishing inside the Fort itself. The road features freshly paved asphalt and has 13 vertical meters of climbing on it. \nCourse Map \nSaturday July 5th – OCup #3 Kingston Classic \nLimestone Cycling Club is bringing back the CFB Kingston Crit in 2025 which will be a part of the Kingston Stage Race. We’ve made a few small changes to the course and the venue. The course will be 1.3km in length with 5 meters of elevation per lap. The road surface has been freshly paved and will feature four right hand\, 90 degree turns. The start/finish will be on the north side of the loop along with parking\, washrooms and registration. \nView the Kingston Crit course here \nRegistration \nTech Guide \n  \nSaturday July 5th – Kingston Stage Race Time Trial \n\n\n\nThe 30km out and back course features rolling hills\, north east of Kingston Ontario. Outbound racers will have to make two left turns before reaching the turnaround. \nCourse Map \n\n\n\n  \nSunday July 6th – OCup #4 Lansdowne Classic Road Race \nThe Lansdowne Classic Road Race is a lollipop style course located 30 minutes east of Kingston\, Ontario. The 14km loop features only 20m in elevation with a 4km out and back section from the start/finish at the Thousand Island Elementary School. SUMMARY:2025 Coulson's Hill Weekly Series
DESCRIPTION:A staple of the Ontario XC racing scene since the 1990s\, we offer skill-based categorization that delivers tight competition and varying race length. Our skills-based approach removes age and gender as barriers to great competition.   \n Courses ranges from 2km to 4km per lap and the lap count is determined by the category you enter. Typical race duration is 40-60 minutes for most riders.   \n We create new courses every two weeks that differ tremendously in style and difficulty so whether you relish climbing\, flow trails\, or maximum speed there will undoubtedly by a few courses you love – and maybe some you hate! But it’s always fresh. No running the same course forever here!   \n There is also a Mini-Me category that looks to minimize interaction between these youngest riders and the rest of the pack\, utilizes a course with lower cardiovascular and technical demands\, and produces a shorter race for kids under 13. DESCRIPTION:30 years as Ontario’s longest running and most popular weekly series!   \nWhether a returning or new rider\, an experienced or new racer\, we welcome you to the Hardwood Wednesday Night MTB Races. You can enter just one race\, do a few\, or the whole series. We welcome all ages and abilities and are dedicated to providing the most fun and family-oriented experience!   \nThe Wednesday Night Races will open with a Preview and Registration Night on April 30th. Come pick up your number plate\, in a more leisurely fashion\, and then go for a spin on your favorite (or soon to be favorite)\, course. After that\, Wednesday nights beginning May 7th through to Aug 27th\, we host a 17-week Mountain Bike race series\, starting at 7 pm each week.   \nThis is our longest running event which draws the greatest number of riders\, from young children participating in their first race experience\, to some of the best in Canada. SUMMARY:2025 Coulson's Hill Weekly Series
DESCRIPTION:A staple of the Ontario XC racing scene since the 1990s\, we offer skill-based categorization that delivers tight competition and varying race length. Our skills-based approach removes age and gender as barriers to great competition.   \n Courses ranges from 2km to 4km per lap and the lap count is determined by the category you enter. Typical race duration is 40-60 minutes for most riders.   \n We create new courses every two weeks that differ tremendously in style and difficulty so whether you relish climbing\, flow trails\, or maximum speed there will undoubtedly by a few courses you love – and maybe some you hate! But it’s always fresh. No running the same course forever here!   \n There is also a Mini-Me category that looks to minimize interaction between these youngest riders and the rest of the pack\, utilizes a course with lower cardiovascular and technical demands\, and produces a shorter race for kids under 13. Once they are ready\, however\, these young rippers are readily encouraged to step up to the Novice ranks.   \n Our courses are always clearly marked\, meticulously groomed\, and all technical obstacles are avoidable if your comfort or skill-level demand it.   \n  \nRegistration \nSeries Registration \n
