DESCRIPTION:Lead Coach: Roxy Slotegraaf \nCost: $30 + Trail Pass \nOntario Cycling will be hosting a Rising Stars MTB Camp September 14th 2024 at The Copeland Forest from 10am – 4pm. The camp is focused on developing athletes (ages 11-14) who are racing at OCup level with aspirations to race at the Canada Cup and national level events within the next 1-2 years. Goals of the camp are to learn and sharpen technical skills including: \n\nDescending technical trails with speed\nTechnical Climbing\nTempo Level Speed\n\nAthlete Requirements* \n\nAged 11-14 in 2024\nOC Membership (UCI/Compete/Challenge)\nPrevious race experience at XC OCup level or higher\nCommitted to racing 2025 OCups & Provincial Championships\n\n*Any questions regarding eligibility or appropriateness of the camp can be directed to Michael Selliah. \nRegistration
