SUMMARY:Coaching - MTB Coach Workshop - Canada Cup Course Preparation - Oro-Station
DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the Ministry of Ontario’s support for the Hardwood Canada Cup\, Ontario Cycling will be hosting a FREE MTB coach development workshop designed for club and team coaches in preparing athletes for competition at the Hardwood Canada Cup/OCup#2. Led by Provincial MTB Coach Rob Holmgren\, this 2 hour interactive workshop will take place directly on the Canada Cup course covering: \n\nKey technical features of the course and consideration towards “A” or “B” line selection for your athlete\nWhere are the opportunities for making up time and passing\nWhere to recover\nHow weather conditions could impact the course\nConsideration for making a race plan.\n\nAll coaches must be registered members of Ontario Cycling\, come prepared to ride the Canada Cup course (bike in perfect working condition\, tube/tools).
