SUMMARY:Education - Know Your Rights - Webinar
DESCRIPTION:The webinar aims to educate cyclists about their rights\, empower the cycling community\, and raise awareness of cyclists’ legal entitlements. We will highlight critical steps to take post-collision and answer cycling law and rules of the road questions from participants.  \nWe want to ensure cyclists can make fully informed decisions\, whether it’s about safety equipment\, using cycle paths\, or other considerations. By understanding your rights as cyclists more clearly\, you are better positioned to stay safe and benefit from the full range of cycle-related activities. We encourage prevention and safe cycling but want people to be empowered should the unfortunate occur. \nThe workshop will help cyclists understand the claims process\, report filing\, insurance coverage\, and how to document any damage sustained. \nThe Know Your Rights webinar will also address issues related to medical care\, obtaining an appropriate diagnosis and accessing treatment quickly and not out-of-pocket. \n															\n			\n						Registration\n					 \nAbout the Biking Lawyer LLP\nAt the Biking Lawyer LLP our mission is to educate cyclists about their rights and raise awareness about what to do if in the event of a crash.
