SUMMARY:Cyclo-Cross - 2023 Cyclo-Cross Championships
DESCRIPTION:National governing bodies hold National Cyclo-Cross Championships on an annual basis. The winner is crowned national cyclo-cross champion and wears the national cycling jersey for his/her nation in races in the same category as it was won in. This means\, for example\, that the winner of the Men’s Under-23 category cannot wear his national champion’s jersey in a Men’s Elite race. Most countries’ national championships are held on the second weekend in January\, a fortnight before the UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championships.

DESCRIPTION:The Wheelhouse Cycling Society and Cycling Canada\, as well as Cycling BC and host partner District of Saanich are proud to present the Lazer Canadian Cyclocross Championships and the Trek Bear Crossing Grand Prix UCI Events. The event is a three-day cyclocross celebration. On November 24\, the course will be open for training in the afternoon\, will feature learn to race clinics in the early evening\, and Night CX Races in the later evening. The main event\, the Lazer Canadian Cyclocross Championships will be on November 25th. Finally\, the UCI C2 Trek Bear Crossing Grand Prix race will take place on November 26th.
