DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Cycling Canada Saturday Fundo! Every Saturday at 12:05pm EST\, Cycling Canada will host a fondo-style ride open to all skill levels and abilities on rotating courses. Course offerings will sample some of Zwift’s longer distance routes\, with sub-categories split by distance. The weekly fundo will be marked as a “ride”\, but Zwifters can expect some action at the front\, not unlike an in-person fondo. DESCRIPTION:Progrom Overview\nPeterborough Cycling Club partners with Ontario Cycling to deliver the HopOn program during Cyclocross Provincials Weekend!   \nThe Peterborough Cycling Club is a locally based\, volunteer-run\, non-profit organization affiliated with the Ontario Cycling Association. The club offers rides most days of the week\, covering a wide range of fitness and abilities and offering its members great opportunities for skill enhancement and socializing. From casual-paced to competitive road cycling; mountain bikes to time-trialing to cyclocross\, we work to appeal to all interests and age groups.  \nHopOn is a games-based cycling program that teaches school-aged kids across Canada the joys of cycling safely. Kids will learn valuable skills in accordance with HopOn Level 3\, taking them from beginner riders to intermediate riders. Kids will have fun learning to brake\, 1-hand ride\, corner\, front-wheel lift\, and much more through the fun of games and with the safety of certified instructors!  \nIn addition to the clinic\, participants are welcome to use the kids’ course for practice from 2-4pm.  Supervision is not provided – OC membership required to ride on the course.   \nWHEN: November 11\, 12:30pm – 2:00pm  \nWHO: Ages 7 – 13 \nWHERE: Nicholls Oval Park\, 725 Armour Road\, Peterborough\, ON. Meet at the Pavilion at the rear south-west corner of the park.  \nCOST: $20.00  \nIt is required to have an Ontario Cycling Mini-Membership to participate in our HopOn programs.
