DESCRIPTION:Registration closes end of day each Wednesday at 23:59. No onsite registration \nSinlge Day Registration: $30*\n* Registration fees do not include tax or online processing charges (added at checkout) \nOctober 22: Ma-te-Way Park\, Renfrew An Ontario Provincial license or UCI Race License are required in order to race the series.  Individuals can purchase up to 3 single day permits for non series registration.  Quebec riders without a 2023 UCI race license can purchase an Ontario Provincial Race License during registration to participate in the series. Riders from other provinces (and outside Canada) must have a UCI Race License issued from their Provincial/Territorial Cycling Association or National Cycling Federation to be eligible to participate. \nCyclocross categories differ from regular road and mountain bike UCI categories since the international season crosses into the next year. That is\, it runs from September 2023 until January 2024. \nSo the selected date for age categories is in the year in which the international season ends\, making it December 31\, 2024 this season. \n\n\nREGISTRATION\n\n\nWEBSITE

SUMMARY:Coaching - MTB Skills and Tactics Practical - Uxbridge \, ON
DESCRIPTION:The skills and tactics course provides an “on-bike” learning opportunity to coaches working with newly competitive cyclists at the club or community level. These athletes are likely to be in the Learn to Train or Train to Train Stages of Long-Term Athlete Development. \nThis workshop focuses on teaching Mountain-bike riding skills and knowledge to identify and correct errors in skills performance. Coaches will also understand how to analyze stages in the performance of mountain bike cycling skills and can explain activities and provide feedback\, in a way that is consistent with the guidelines set for the age group within the cycling LTAD model. Lastly\, coaches will learn how to prepare athletes for competition by assisting them to follow pre-race and post-race plans including preparation of equipment\, nutrition\, and tactical and mental preparation. \nLEARNING FACILITATOR: Fred Zottl\nCOST: $120 \nOC Refund Policy:\n\nIf the course is cancelled by Ontario Cycling a 100% refund including CCN fees will be issued.\nIf a participant withdraws from the course more than 14 days before\, they are eligible for a full refund minus CCN fees.\nIf withdrawing between 7 and 14 days before a course\, they are eligible for a 50% refund minus CCN fees.\nThere will be no refunds if participants need to withdraw within 7 days of the course taking place.\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION
