DESCRIPTION:The City of St Catharines partners with Ontario Cycling to deliver the HopOn program to the Niagara community. Participants will spend their time developing level 2 HopOn cycling skills each week. Participants are required to provide their own approved bicycle helmet\, bell or horn\, lights and reflectors and appropriately sized working bike. Participants of this program must also have an understanding of how to stop and start quickly\, use/change their gears and tap their head while riding.
