Portage is a residential rehabilitation Centre located in Elora, Ontario. Portage helps youth living with mental health and substance abuse-related problems to overcome their dependencies and live healthy, happy, and productive lives. Our treatment is free of cost to adolescents between the ages of 14-18 years who come to us for help.
