Women’s Only – Recovery Wednesday A women’s only version of our mid-week 35 km recovery/introductory west end road ride. This ride is beginner friendly, no-drop, and goes at an inclusive pace. This ride is a great intro to riding in a group. This is a road ride – recommended bike is a road bike (gravel bike will also work). Bring helmet, lights to get home, water/drink mix, tools to fix a flat.
