2021/2022 Ontario Cup Track Race Series #3
ONTARIO CUP RACE SERIES
The Ontario Cup Track Race Series will be providing members age 17 and up with exciting race experiences including bunch races such as Scratch, Points, Elimination, Tempo as well as the ever-exciting Keirin tournament. All OCup races will be held at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre.
As directed by Halton Region Public Health, effective Nov. 26, 2021, all persons 12 years of age and older will be required to show proof of vaccination or a valid medical exemption prior to entering a Town of Milton facility or community centre for organized sport or recreation activities. This requirement also applies to participants, coaches, instructors, caregivers, volunteers, and game officials.
Pricing and Deadlines
In order for OCup #3 to run as advertised, a minimum of 80 registered athletes will need to take part. If this minimum number is not met by the time registration closes on Tuesday February 8th at 12:00pm (noon), the event will need to be cancelled and all registered participants will receive communication and a coupon code for their registration fees via email to be used towards registration for Track Provincial Championships March 4-6 2022.
- A rider must withdraw prior to the end of registration in order to be eligible to receive a refund. Once the registration period has ended, refunds are no longer available.
- All refunds are subject to a non-refundable processing fee (variable based on transaction value) plus a CCN refund administration fee.
- If an athlete withdraws from the event on race day, they are not eligible for a refund and the rider must inform the Chief Commissaire of their withdrawal. Failure to notify the Chief Commissaire may result in a fine.
- OCA reserves the right to issue refunds in other rare and exceptional cases. Injury, loss/change of employment, or a move away from town such that the participant can no longer attend, will NOT be considered.
