As a well-established Performance Analyst with a master’s degree in Sports Biomechanics, Amber brings years of experience working with athletes and coaches across the pathway toward high performance and international success. She’s also played key management roles in developing successful programs in both the Olympic and Paralympic streams with Swim Ontario and Swimming Canada.

In her new role, Amber will lead the implementation and coordination of high-performance programs within Ontario Cycling. She will work with provincial coaches and staff to develop OC athlete pathways through enhanced performance tracking, integrating support services, and new training initiatives. “I’m very excited to join the staff team at Ontario Cycling, and I look forward to working towards the continued success of our HP programs!”
