Longtime Commissaire Al Norley passed away on Sunday, April 14th, 2019. The Ontario Cycling Association extends condolences to Al Norley’s family and friends during this time.

A celebration of Life will be held at the Pinehill Funeral Home, 625 Birchmount Road in Scarborough, Saturday, May 11th, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
