2019 Criterium Series Update!

The 2019 Road Criterium series is set to start on May 26th in Trenton, Ontario. The Quinte Criterium will be the first of five events that will make up an exciting Criterium calendar. If you’re looking for a great atmosphere and adrenaline pumping racing, then the 2019 Ontario Criterium Series is perfect for you!

New this year, the Ontario Road Criterium Series will focus on the overall criterium series standings of a five-race series, recognizing the overall series champions as opposed to rewarding riders based on one race via an age-based Provincial Championship. Series standings will be showcased following each race of the series, for participants to closely monitor their progress in the standings, with the overall series champions awarded based on a season ending points total. Series champions will be recognized following the Tour di Via Italia race in September, with all series champions receiving recognition of their outstanding accomplishment with an award, as well as social media and website profiling. No series prize purse shall be offered this year.

As we are only a few weeks away from the first event of the series, here’s an updated look at the 2019 Criterium Series schedule.
